From agricultural waste to usable fuel
Biomass such as rice husk, sawdust, bagasse and groundnut shells is often difficult to store and transport in its raw form. Processing these residues helps reduce bulk and prepare the material for conversion into a denser fuel.

Controlled processing, consistent output
The quality of bio-coal depends on how the biomass is prepared. Moisture control, particle size and processing conditions play an important role in achieving the required density, durability and fuel characteristics.

Built for industrial applications
Depending on its specifications, bio-coal can be used in boilers, furnaces, thermic fluid heaters and other industrial heating applications where solid fuels are required.

Easier to store, handle and transport
Densification reduces the bulk of loose residues, so finished bio-coal takes up less space and is simpler to store, handle and move than raw biomass.
